Originating from the Sanskrit-chanting gurus from the valleys of the Himalayas, Yoga is a practice in disciplining the mind, body and soul for a metaphysical experience that rejuvenates and brings about a balance in the chakras of the body.

During the course of the day, we breathe in and out like our bodies are accustomed to, but often the breath released is narrow, not allowing for enough oxygen to reach the vital forces of the body.
Persons who suffer from depression, low stamina, and complex In Yoga, the body, mind and prana,the life force of the body, are refreshed extended through regulated breathing and poses that strengthen the core and limbs.

At A-Tone, our trainers aim to help you relax and revitalize your body and mind with a range of many different techniques, to increase spatial as well as body awareness, concentration and self-enquiry through meditation and exercises.

You will learn to let go of stress, find your center, enjoy your own company as well as that of others, and regulate breathing to prolong the vitality of the body and soul through our carefully structured and energizing workouts.
